About KV
Sponsored by South Eastern Railway, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Tatanagar, a civil sector Vidyalaya, was established in 1987. It is located near the Tatanagar Railway station in the East singbhum District of Jharkhand State. The Vidyalaya comes under the jurisdiction of KVS, Regional office, Bhubaneswar. At present the Vidyalaya is a single section Vidyalaya from class I to XII. The total strength of the Vidyalaya is 568 and the total strength of teaching & non-teaching staff is 29.

Location of the Vidyalaya
Kendriya Vidyalaya Tatanagar is located near the Tatanagar Railway station. It takes only 5 minutes to reach the kV by foot.
